I am connecting Counter Count a counter to count down and when i connected it it started counting by 2's and not by ones?

Nothing. How do you know you have a low sperm count? You would have had to have a doctor order a lab test of your semen to find out– sure can’t do that at home and sperm count has nothing to do with semen volume at all. If you did get a real sperm count your doctor should have discussed the issue with you.

No,The counterspell is preventing the spell from being played. When that happens, the lightning bolt doesn’t resolve, so no damage is being dealt to be prevented. Counterspells, Cancels, and redirection are ways to keep an opponent from taking damage even with a leyline of punishment out. The best OTHER example of this is Banefire. If you spend more than 5 for X, then Banefire cannot be countered and damage cannot be prevented, so that take out the possibility of counterspell and cancel, but if you use Wild Richochet or Richochet Trap, you can redirect the damage back onto your opponent.
