Help choosing a sound mixer for drums?i have always recorded Recording Mixer with electronic drums. now i am looking to record my drums, but i am confused to which sound mixer would be best for recording 6 mics. i am really new to this, so could you give me tips on which mixers to get. thanks :)

You need to use a noise gate. These are sold as modules for a rack and also as pedals.For the sound to reach the amp, it must be at a certain level or higher. If it isn’t loud enough, it doesn’t go through – silence. You set the thresh hold just above the volume of the buzz, and you will never hear it again.
Which “DI” (”Direct Input”) box are you plugging the guitar into?I use Countryman DIs.You should not plug an instrument directly into a mixer… impedance mismatch can cause buzzing…Instrument plugs into the DI, one “side” of the DI goes to the board, the other side goes to the amp…
