no. as this model is coming up on 3 years old, they have sold out of them long ago. if you want a first generation ipod touch… you’ll have to buy online. it is considered a rare item and as such, costs more than the current model. plus, honestly you dont’ want the first generation. it’s much slower, doesn’t take the new opperating system and has no built in speaker .
