Ok, let us first start with a review of Mixer Model:
I was impressed with Mixer Model plain and simple. When I placed my order, I had in in my hands within 3 days and the price was great. The key is looking for a seller with over a 100 feedback rating on Ebay. I’ve even included the top Ebay listings to Mixer Model in this review to make it even easier on you.

to understand which mixer you must buy, one should first take in consideration “in which items am I about slice and or dice, what capacity must thy shredder hold?” Do you have a suitable shelf for ones mixer and if so how much cord length do thus need…in conclusion I feel you find what you are looking for upon concluding my conclusion. good luck! If you are going to use it a lot, and for really big batches stay away from the Artisan series. They are flip top, and it is the one part that does break on them. I have a Pro 500 Series Kitchen Aid stand mixer. I use it for up to 3 bathes of chocolate chip cookies at a time and it can handle it. I would highly recommend it. It is well worth the money, and holds up to a lot of abuse, though not as expensive and the Pro 600. Check restaurant supply stores though, sometimes (especially this time of year) you can get a Pro 500 for a lot less if you are willing to get black or white instead of a designer colour.Whatever you pick, KitchenAid is your best choice!
