Apex-460 Tube Condenser static? Recording.?
I've been trying to record a live performance with Acoustic Guitar, and Vocals. Whenever I record my Mic picks up white noise(static), and I can't Tube Condenser seem to figure out the problem. I can't switch the cord since the mic needs a 7-pin XLR, it would be too much of a hassle, and I'd rather not buy a new cord if it's not vital. The mic is connected through it's Polar Pattern power box, and goes straight into my FastTrackPro Interface. Is this a grounding problem? The Mic Power Box is plugged into the same outlet as the computer.
