First, I have to tell you upfront that Handheld Microphone is my favorite choice. Sure, there’s other products in the same class, but frankly, none of them as good (in terms of quality). need a cheap handheld voice-recognition device?
What I am looking for is a very unique item which might not even be made. I might have to hack an existing device to turn it into what I need. So I just need suggestions on where to begin. I need a small device that has the capability of learning just a handful of voice commands. Handheld Microphone So it obviously will need input for a microphone. Secondly I would like to be able to run some very very basic programs on it. For instance I would like to be able to read a text file on this program. And of course, with the voice recognition capability I would like to be able to navigate the text file. How would I go about finding or making such a device?I have Dragon NaturallySpeaking, but this is a program that does not run on any handheld device. For my purposes I need a device with minimal processing capability, and therefore an extremely limited voice-activated program. A program which will allow only a handful of commands.
