I have gotten at lesat 10 times the value of my purchase from my Novation Remote. Novation Remote has completely surpassed my expectations.
Problem with Synth,How do I make this noise go away?
I currently bought a Novation Bass Station and a new Crate 15w amp. My problem is that everytime I take my finger Novation Remote off of a key, it continues to make noise through my amp. It's not something that gradually fades away, it just keeps going. I've tried lowering the frequency and resonance but then I just lose my effect completely. I'm new to synths and I've just been feeling my way through so far. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The X Station is a perfectly decent synthesizer. No synthesizer every truly goes out of date. If it can give you the sort of sound that you are looking for, it doesn’t matter when it was produced.

They are not stupid. They will not accept a check that you send “with the stated condition that by accepting the check, it agrees to your new terms and conditions (your Novation Contract).” When the card company rejects the check by not cashing it, it has reject to your new Novation Contract, and it will charge you a late fee because of your failure to send a check without conditions. And they keep you in credit card debt in a simple, legal procedure.
You can but you are still taking a chance of one of the pegs comes off. i would glue 2 pegs on each side. At least, if one comes one, you have the opportunity to fix it before it falls to the floor and damaging it.The best glue is contact cement. What you need to do is to find a peg with a large base so it will glue a large surface and giving it more holding power. Apply the contact cement to the underside of the peg first, and then to the keyboard where the peg will go. Wait 15 minutes. Then mesh the peg to the keyboard by pressing firmly. The reason you wait is to give the contact cement a chance to stiffen slightly. But the bond is quicker and stronger. Wait 24 hours and you are set to attach the strap safely.
You shouldn’t need a computer. Plugging it into an amp should work fine. Some synths come with additional features on the computer though and these will be unavailable without one. You probably won’t be able to record your show though unless your synth has that feature built in. If your keyboard has no Audio or Line-Out and only a USB, then you’re out of luck. You can usually try the setup out by bringing your keyboard to your local music store (e.g. SamAsh) and hook it up to see if it works.
