Try reversing the audio cables. You might have the audio out of phase.
If this helpsyou can get this, but it might requires some wiringhttp://www.americanmusical.com/Item–i-NEU%20NC3MRC?SRC=D0407FG0HAMS0000&utm_source=froogle&utm_medium=feed&
The BX5’s take either XLR or balanced 1/4″ connections, either one will work just as well as the other (they’re the same cable, just with different connectors). Just make sure that you’re using a BALANCED 1/4″ cable. The connector should have TWO colored rings on it, not just one (that’s an unbalanced instrument cable).I recommend the Mogami Gold Series. They’re a little more expensive, but they have a lifetime guarantee and the sound quality is superb. I don’t use anything else.
Try it and find out. You won’t hurt anything. Most computers will work fine with that mike. A few, like Macbooks only have line in connectors, and you’d need a pre-amp.
yes you can. I have hooked up a sound system that way. personally I would go with this chain(((1/8 female to dual RCA female. then you can go Dual RCA male to dual XLR female(or male..whichever yu need))))) or if you are really keen, you will get a “direct box” this will go in the following chain(((1/8 inch male to dual 1/4 male into the direct box. then dual XLR males out of that Direct box into the speakers))))as far as sound quality and interference goes there is far to many variables to consider….but the setup is doable in a few ways..
yep. turn the volume to lowest though first before u blow ur ears out
all the links are dead.anything you get, you should just plug it into either your usb port, or the pink port in your soundcard.
It will NOT effect the quality of the signal or the balanced properties of the cable by any detectable amount. You can run balanced lines for hundreds of feet with little or no loss in quality. It is better to use one cable of the apropriate length if possible though because if you use an extension cable, you are adding one more set of connectors to the cable. It just takes away a bit of reliability.
