STOP – here’s some very important information about Cable Cord that you must read right now. When I was searching for Cable Cord, I wish I had found a review that would have helped me make a buying decision.
How can I lengthen the cable cord coming out of the wall?
I just moved into a new house and realized that the cable line coming out of the wall in my bedroom is far Cable Cord too short. Honestly, then TV is on the floor right now because there's no furniture that's short enough to match the short cord. What I need to know is, how can I make the cord longer? It won't pull out of the wall any farther even though every other cable line in the house will. What can I do and how much will it cost?

hmm.. easiest thing might be to use a cheap VCR.. i know sounds weird.. but it will a Coax IN.. and let you ouput in Component … notice i didnt say Composite.. composite is the 3 r/y/w connectors.. Component is the Single old school rca type usually just labeled Video.Or perhaps get a switch box with a cable/coax IN.. and check the outputs… and see if you have those on your tv.I would make an inventory of all the IN connections u have on your tv and work backwards..a cheap vcr might be the easiest solution.
Not with just a cable, you will need rabbit ears or a regular outdoor antennae, and also now you will need a digital converter box if you don’t have cable to pick up anything at all because all stations will be broadcasting in digital.
It depends on your cable service provider. I’ve seen it done only once over my sister in law’s house. She received HD channels with picture quality from a basic cable cord. If I didn’t see it, I wouldn’t believe it. But I still believe that it depends on the equipment provided by your cable company. I don’t know what equipment set up my sister in law had.Good Luck,David V
you will need a new oneeven if it did work its picture would be poorthey are very cheap and you can find them annywhere there is tv stuff
Yes you can. You can order from tv company or maybe radio shack or best buy or somthing.
Maybe your cord is a push on type
You either need “Rabbit Ears” or an outside antenna. The cable connection won’t have any signals on it if no-one is paying for cable.
Its your 360. My son had the same problem with our xbox and I fixed it myself… and I’ve never really fixed anything.Check it outtinyurl.com/1234redlightfixIt has my seal of approval. Consider me for top answer. Thanks.
That is the addendum to Murphy’s law that states in part that nature has afforded rope, cord, electrical wires etc with the intrinsic ability to magically entangle itself effortlessly but tenaciously resist disentangling. There is a lesser known subsection to that addendum that states, “A person can pull a rope, cord, wire across a barren desert/salt flat but if one twig of foliage exists within a 50 square mile area, the cord must and WILL get tangled in this obstacle”.
Sounds kinda clunky. Try setting up Internet Connection Sharing on the laptop. Search for it in Google for setup instructions.
I want to say NO! its not a sony device. but you can try to plug it in. if it works ya if it dont it dosent work
You will need to buy a coaxial wall plate. A coaxial wall plate has coaxial connections on both sides. You will need to connect the cable coming from the wall on one side, and the cable coming from your router to the other end. Then, you can screw it into your wall.
No, you can go up to 100M (330 ft) without degrading the 100mbps ethernet link…
You can go to any Radio Shack or even 99 cent stores and buy ready made cables. If your new cable is long enough, just use it in place of the old one. If it is “just enough” for your extension needs, you need a coax barrel to connect the two runs of coax together. If you cant find an actual barrel, you can use a coax splitter as one. You may want to buy some small cable tacks or staples to hold the cable to the wall or base board for your run through the room (just makes it neater)
