Have ran cable in the ducts before without a problem.
Heat mats. Just make sure to plug them into a thermostat or dimmer switch to adjust temps. They can get over 100F and most snakes need about 85F or so. Use a digital probe thermometer to measure the surface temps. Cable and heat tape are typically used in rack systems with multiple small units.
you can drill a hole to the outside of the house and run the cable around the house and connect to a splitter where the cable company connects service to your house and as for the wall inside the room you can connect the wire coming thru the wall to a cable face plate that you can buy at any hardware store after that fasten the wall plate to the wall and then the only thing you need to do is connect a short cable wire from your tv to the wall plate i came to this cable rout because you sound like a person who does not like the site of wires in her room…………..and plus i have been installing cable for three years
